Malta University Consulting is once again offering the course on The Art of Public Speaking from Monday 10 October to Monday 28 November 2016. This course focuses on effective public speaking, particularly dealing with the fear of speaking. It shows participants that public speaking is fun and easy.
Course for Residential & Day Care Workers
This course has been developed as a flexible learning pack. It is designed to help the residential/day care worker develop the personal and interpersonal qualities and skills relevant to the caring services. The style of learning to be adopted throughout the course will be interactive; hence the participation of students is essential. This course will develop the knowledge, understanding, practical skills and values for employment or further study in the caring service. The course is very practical and will develop the experience and knowledge that employers in the caring field are looking for. It is particularly relevant for those who are starting out their career in care-working or who have significant experience but no formal training background.
Pharmacognosy & Herbal Products
Malta University Consulting is once again offering the course on Pharmacognosy and Herbal Products during September/October 2017. This course is primarily aimed at qualified Personnel candidates that work in the pharmaceutical industry having a B.Sc. in Chemistry/Biology, Professionals with a degree in Pharmacy-related subjects and Postgraduate students reading for Master鈥檚 degree in Pathology/Pharmacology.
A course for Dementia care giving in the community
A short course for dementia care giving in the community is being organised by Malta University Consulting Ltd in collaboration with the Department of Pathology, University of Malta. This course is scheduled for October/November 2017 and the sessions will take place at The Malta University Residence, Robert Mifsud Bonnici Street, Lija. The majority of individuals with dementia in Malta live within their communities. This course is specifically designed to provide care givers, including family members, with the knowledge and skills to care for people with dementia at home.
