Prof. Alfred J Vella, (Rector, University of Malta) and Mr Thomas Wuchte (Executive Secretary, The International Institute for Justice and the Rule of Law) at the signing of a collaborative agreement that seeks to strengthen the synergy between the two institutions. As a result of this agreement, the IIJ will assist UM in the refurbishment of the Aula Magna at the Valletta Campus.
