The staff at the Faculty of Health Sciences had a team-building event on Friday 12 April 2019. The event was held at the University Residence in Lija. The aim of this event was building mutual respect and collaboration between all staff members, notwithstanding rank or status.
The day turned out to be a most memorable one for all the staff, giving all members the opportunity to integrate and work together in teams for various activities.
The day started off with a strategic plan of the Faculty, discussing both short-term and long-term plans. Mixed team-building activities followed, where, at the end, all members of staff had to collaborate together and build a roller coaster. After lunch, a treasure-hunt was organised, which involved the teams running through the streets of Lija, looking for clues. The winners, team 11, were treated to Easter eggs.
The feedback was very positive and the entire staff is looking forward to the next event organised by the Faculty.
