Prof. Dr. Dr. Wilfried von Eiff was invited by the Department of Health ¸£ÀûÔÚÏßÃâ·Ñ Management at the Faculty of Health, Sciences between 30 April and 2 May 2019 to deliver two workshops titled ‘Innovation Management in Healthcare: Barriers, Opportunities and Best Practices’ and ‘Leading by Figures: How to Steer Clinical and Administrative Processes based on Target Agreements and Ratios’.
Prof. Dr. Dr. Wilfried von Eiff is Academic Director, Center for Health Care Management and Regulation, HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Leipzig, Germany, Executive Director of the Centre for Hospital Management (CKM), Research and international Consulting Institute linked to the University of Muenster, and Member of the Board of Directors (Vice President) Kerckhoff Clinic Bad Nauheim.
