The professionalisation of early childhood educators, learning through play, pay parity within the teaching grades, and the engagement/retainment of male educators were some of the issues discussed between Dr Anna Baldacchino, from UM's Department of Early Childhood and Primary Education, and Dr Ingibj枚rg 脫sk Sigur冒ard贸ttir, Faculty of Education and Pedagogy, University of Iceland.
