Prof. Sandra Dingli from The Edward de Bono Institute for Creative Thinking and Innovation recently attended a partners’ meeting in Fano, Italy, in connection with the Erasmus+ project InnoGreen.
This project is in the final stages of its two-year lifecycle. The seven project partners conducted 60 interviews with leaders of enterprises in each of their countries. These were developed into 60 case studies and with the data collected, an innovative Green Business Model Canvas was designed.
This Canvas includes ‘triggers’ adopted from the real-life case studies which act as motivators for enterprises that wish to increase their sustainability and adopt additional green practices. The final phase of the project involves the development of an open-source e-learning platform to motivate and support the adoption of green practices and the testing of this platform by various stakeholders.
