The event brought together 690 scientists, researchers, and experts in the field of sustainable development from 62 countries and 6 continents to share their ongoing research in the field of sustainable development.
Mr Sacco鈥檚 presentation was focused on air quality management within public urban environments, specifically the design of roadside barriers to prevent pollutants from vehicular emissions from being transported into pedestrian zones safeguarding pedestrian commuters.
His research forms part of the locally funded APACHE project (SCP-2022-001), and also serves as part of his Doctoral studies. His work is supervised by Prof. Ing. Micallef and co-supervised by Prof. Ing. Borg.
Additionally, Prof. Ing. Borg also presented research work carried out by Ms Amy Abdilla as part of an MSc in Building 福利在线免费 Engineering final year project on the subject of Data Centres performance and efficiency. This work was co-supervised by from the , .
