Tallin, 6-7 December 2017 This ESPON seminar seeks to examine territorial developments in the context of digital transition and is organised in cooperation with the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. We invite you to discover the ways how local communities capitalize on the digital age through ICT-based governance.
