“Data Science for Everyone Compact” is hosted by Kempten University of Applied Sciences, well- known for its international, high-quality academic training conducted in a modern environment using state-of-the-art equipment. Here’s your opportunity to learn from international lecturers with extensive practical knowledge.

A very special digital side program is being organised, which will make it easy to get into contact with your fellow participants, to get insights into Kempten, Bavaria and German everyday life and of course we would love to have a lot of fun together.

It will take place from August 02 – 05, 2021.

Two places for a special rate of 40 Euros only (the regular fee would be 379 Euros) are being made available to University of Malta students.

"Data Science for Everyone Compact“ has been designed for students across all disciplines. They will receive an introduction to data science and will be familiarised with very useful tools, in particular the free software "R". In our digital 4-day compact program imparted via ZOOM, students will see, that “R” is both easy to learn and very practical to apply, in particular for someone who has no background of Computer Science. Group work will be offered in ZOOM breakout rooms as well.

All students who have completed the first year of higher education are welcome to join our programme, no matter if they are enrolled in a technology or a business-related course. Previous knowledge of data science is not required.

The number of special-rate places is limited and will be given away on a first come-first-served basis! Registration will close on July 01, 2021. The fee covers the course tuition, all documents, a certificate and the digital social program.
