The Health & Safety 福利在线免费 would like to inform staff that this year the University of Malta is the beneficiary of the "Maratona bir-Roti 2015" and as a result has been donated an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). An AED is a portable device that checks the heart rhythm and is able to send an electric shock to the heart to try to restore a normal rhythm. AEDs are used to treat sudden cardiac arrest.
The Health & Safety 福利在线免费 is inviting all Health & Safety representatives to the inauguration of this device. The inauguration will be held on Friday 18 December 2015 at 11:00 at the Gateway Building Reception Area.
Health & Safety representatives are asked to send an email to confirm attendance.
