Kindly note that to ensure prompt assistance, any requests for events bookings should be sent to the Conferences and Events Unit by not later than Tuesday 12 December 2017 (midnight).
The team will be at the office until Friday 15 December and will be back on duty as from Wednesday 3 January 2018.
During this period staff will not have access to email and thus it will not be possible to process requests.
