The University of Malta Library has recently licensed ScienceDirect eBook Collections for titles published between 2014 and 2016. The collections include over 3,000 eBooks in the fields of science, technology, medicine, social sciences, and arts and humanities.
Access to ScienceDirect eBooks is available on campus and remotely to all UM staff and students holding a UM IT Account.
ScienceDirect eBooks are available via HyDi or directly on ScienceDirect.
To access ScienceDirect:
1. Visit the Library website
2. Login via your UM IT Account (top right)
3. Click on HyDi
4. Click on Find Databases
5. ScienceDirect is available under Multi-disciplinary
