Anxiety . . . the signals of danger . . . panic . . . something is not ok . . . Not ok means that I have to make it ok again . . . I don鈥檛 want to be sick, suffer, be distressed, uneasy. I need to get back to how I was before. I want to take control as soon as possible.
Anxiety . . . what are you afraid of? What is being kept inside? What is demanding your attention?
Have you become identified with anxiety? Do you say I am an anxious person, that鈥檚 who I am! Why do you just accept that? Do you ever wonder what this anxiety is all about?
Anxiety can be a means to learn more about yourself, it may be life knocking at your door demanding some attention to what may be brewing inside, or wanting to erupt, or calling to be taken seriously and treated with care.
Session 1 will be geared towards the understanding of Anxiety while session 2 will focus on Exam stress.
