Academic Work Resources Fund (AWRF) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Submission Guidelines
Submission Deadlines
- Resident Academic members of staff are to submit the Academic Work Resources Fund Expenditure Report for the academic year 2017/2018 (1 October 2017 to 30 September 2018) by the end of October 2018.
- Visiting members of staff are kindly requested to submit the Academic Work Resources Fund Expenditure Report covering the academic year 2017/2018 (1 October 2017 to 30 September 2018) by the end of October 2018.
- Members of staff availing of the Continuous Professional Development Funds are to send the CPD report for the calendar year 2018 (1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018) by the end of January 2019.
Submission Guidelines
- Download the 2018 report template on the following link [XLS]. Alternatively you can access all the report templates from the Academic Work Resources Fund page.
- To access these documents you need to have a University of Malta username and password. Fill in the expenditure report and send the report along with all the relevant receipts via email. Original receipts should be kept at the applicant's end for at least two years. Hard copies of the reports and receipts are no longer required to be sent to our office and will be returned to the sender.
- Include the applicant's name and ID Card in the subject line to speed up the administrative process.
- In the case that there are no purchases for the year, an email is to be sent to the AWRF Office stating a nil expense.
- Should a statement be required to facilitate the compilation of the expenditure report, send an email with the following details: name, ID Card Number, Card Number and period you wish the statement to cover.
- Kindly be informed that submitting the expenditure report is an obligation and a requirement for the allocation of future funds. Any pending reports must be forwarded to the AWRF Office before any allocation of funds is provided.
