Sustainable Development Goals and Education
Education plays a fundamental role in providing an important means of implementation that cuts across all of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In the light of this, C-SUM encourages academic staff at the University of Malta to consider SDGs when designing course programmes and formulating the content and assessment of particular units. It is also possible to include references to the SDGs in existing teaching and assessment activities.Academics can access useful information such as suggestions for topics and learning activities for each SDG, indicative learning objectives, as well as the relevance of individual SDGs to the various University disciplines and subjects, on the C-SUM Education for SDGs webpage.
