Easter Opening Hours
During the Easter Recess (Monday 3 April – Sunday 16 April 2023), the Main Library will open from Mondays - Fridays between 07:00 - 17:00.
The Library will be closed on:

Latest additions to Prof. Mario Buhagiar bequest
The Library welcomes the eighth and ninth additions to Prof. Mario Buhagiar''s bequest.
This latest material includes 13 rare books, with notable titles such as Temi Zammit's "Tagħlim fuq id-Dinja" (1901) and a 1932 publication of Laurent Ropa's "Le Chant de la Noria", a dissertation by Prof. Buhagiar entitled "Blueprint for a children's museum" and a report co-authored by G. Serracino Inglott on the Ħal Millieri chapel, a boxfile of photocopies and cuttings of articles from the newspaper column "Artisti li niftakar" by R. Bonnici Cali, and a number of journal issues featuring articles about various aspects of Maltese history, art and architecture.
The material is available for consultation at the Archives and Rare Books department.
