What's new in Melitensia
Melitensia's Book of the month – June 2023
, written by Godfrey Farrugia.
In this self-published book, one can find fully detailed research regarding the technical, artistic and choreographic bravery of the fireworks masters. It covers all aspects of Maltese pyrotechny, where it speaks about the historic and cultural aspects of Maltese fireworks and elaborates on the science in the making of fireworks and the craftsmanship involved. This publication will enrich the colourful Maltese cultural tapestry through a new generation, generating new avenues of inquiry for scholars of culture and the theory and practice of pyrotechny.
