As from 25 March, the Precincts Office within the Estates, Facilities and Capital Development Directorate will start accepting online parking permit renewals from academic staff members. The new permit will be assigned to the vehicle (up to a maximum of 2 vehicle number plates), and is to be used solely by the registered user. The application can be filled in online through the .
Once the application is filled in, the user will receive a notification from the Precincts Office as soon as the new permit is ready for collection, and it can only be exchanged with the expired permit dated December 2022.
The collection times will be as stipulated below:
- Monday to Thursday 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-15:30
- Friday 10:00-12:00
The application deadline is 3 May 2024.
