Further to the offered to the UM on 31 July 2021 and the by the EU, the HRS4R Implementation Committee is now looks forward to gathering information from Research Support Officers (RSOs) and Resident Academics (RAs) on Human Resource (HR) issues that influence our research initiatives.
The UM is committed to having its work conditions, the recruitment processes, the code of conduct, as well as the training and development opportunities in line with the Thus, the collection of valuable feedback from our community of RSOs and RAs, whose work descriptions include research duties, is essential.
For this purpose, the HRS4R Implementation Committee is organising informal face-to-face focus group sessions to increase the awareness of this HRS4R ongoing initiative, as well as to receive feedback and opinions from the RSOs and RAs. Each group will consist of not more than 5 persons, and RSOs and RAs will be in separate groups. In view of the above, you are kindly requested to forward the names of up to 2 RSOs and 2 RAs that are interested to participate and represent the views of their respective Faculty/Institute/Centre/School. The information is to be sent by email by not later than 31 July 2025.
