In anticipation for to take place between 4 and 6 December 2025, we have made the process of submitting an abstract simpler and more convenient for our participants.
You can now submit your abstract without prior registration.
- Submit your abstracts , without needing to register before.
- If your abstract is accepted, one author will then register to confirm acceptance and secure the presentation/poster slot.
- This means you’ll know your session details before committing to registration, making it easier to plan your participation.
- Already registered but your abstract isn’t accepted? Don’t worry; you’ll receive a full refund upon request.
We hope this change will make participation more convenient and encourage more submissions.

The abstract submission deadline has been extended till 19 October 2025.
