The APERTURE EU project proudly announces the launch of its free online course, designed to equip students, graduates, and professionals with essential skills for thriving in the fast-evolving fields of construction and property technology (PropTech).

This self-paced programme tackles the widening gap between education and industry demands by emphasising green technologies, digital innovation, and practical applications in the built environment.

Open to participants across Europe and beyond, the course offers structured learning materials, interactive resources like slides, infographics, and quizzes, plus real-world insights from industry collaborations.

Spanning six comprehensive modules, learners will learn about:

  • An Introduction to PropTech
  • Sustainable Design and Construction
  • Technology in Urban Environments and Smart Cities
  • Human-Centred Urban Futures
  • Finance & Sustainable Business Models in Real Estate
  • Real-Life Industry-Academia Collaboration and Case Studies

Why join? Participants gain in-demand green and digital skills to boost employability in emerging sectors, access networking opportunities, and obtain a certificate of attendance.

It is also a great stepping stone to gain the knowledge to enter the upcoming virtual business incubator and business plan competition which also form part of the APERTURE project, where three top teams can win a €5,000 cash prize each.
