Keynote Speaker
Dr Tess Goodliffe, Director of Quality Assurance, Planning and Accreditation at Sohar University (Oman). She works with higher education institutions (HEIs) and quality agencies in all areas of development, strategy, review and capacity development. In her previous role at Oman Academic Accreditation Authority, she played a key role in the development and implementation of Oman’s national institutional accreditation process for HEIs in Oman. She has extensive experience working on quality review panels for QAA Scotland, BQA in Bahrain, and UQAIB in Dubai and has contributed to local, regional and international conferences on quality assurance and enhancement in higher education.
