UM staff need to obtain endorsement when submitting an article, before the news is featured on Newspoint as follows:
UM academic would need to obtain the endorsement of the Dean/Director
Dean/Director would need to obtain the endorsement from Rector, or in the absence of Rector one of the Pro-Rectors
Research Support Officers would need to obtain the endorsement from the Principal Investigator of the project they are engaged in
Administrative and technical staff would need to obtain the endorsement from the respective Director
UM Administrative Director would need to obtain the endorsement from the University Secretary.
