The adolescent mental health conference organised by the The Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health - ACAMH (Malta) will be held on 19 and 20 April 2018.
At this conference there will be world established speakers and will cover all aspects of adolescent mental health from ADHD in the classroom, CBT and eating disorders, attachment, Autism, EMDR and trauma to managing conduct disorder and 'hot' topics such as preventative measures for substance misuse in adolescents.
This conference is ideal for professionals' continued professional development working with this age group in all settings - school, residential homes, GP surgeries, community and mental health clinics. CPD points will be provided with the certificate.
This year ACAMH has also organised an opportunity to meet the speakers after the conference and discuss further any burning thoughts or issues when working with adolescents with mental disorders. This will be held at the Radisson on 19 April between 17:00 and 19:00.
