Date: 24 January 2023
Time: 10:00 - 11:00
Venue: Online. You can register here -
Last year, we invited HEI staff to participate in our HEIDI Project event where we discussed the issues surrounding Digital Action and community participation. Thanks to the contributions, we have been able to examine issues such as digital literacy, trust and communication, and digital equality. We took the suggestions to local community groups and voluntary organisations to discuss how they understand Digital Action and how it affects their groups. The feedback was really interesting and centred around involvement with higher education institutions.
We’d like to invite you to our final online roundtable event where we’ll be presenting the feedback from CGs and VOs. Over the one hour session we will explore your digital experiences, challenges and what you have observed within the past year, whether these are part of your day-to-day work or a voluntary activity.
Who can join?
Any staff member at an HEI. You do not have to be based at UM or in Malta. Researchers, lecturers, professors as well as professional and support staff and librarians are very welcome. You do not need to have participated in or organised Digital Action; if you are interested, we would like to hear from you.
