The College encourages all members of the Campus community to take advantage of the athletic track for walking and jogging as part of a healthy and active lifestyle.
The athletics track provides a safe and low-impact surface suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. Whether for regular exercise, stress reduction, or a brief wellness break between lectures or work commitments, the track offers a convenient option for physical activity on campus.
The track and football ground is available on weekdays between 09:00 till 12:00.
We encourage you to incorporate walking or jogging on the track into your daily routine and make use of this valuable Campus resource.
The use of the Sports Facility 4 (11-a-side football pitch and athletics track) is strictly for walking, jogging and football.
