The University of Malta community came together once again for the much-awaited olive-picking event, returning after a year’s break, and this year’s harvest has set a new record.
A remarkable 1,119 kilograms of olives were collected from the UM grounds, marking the largest yield to date.
A special thanks goes to those who have contributed to the collection of the olives and those who purchased the olive oil. Thanks also to the collaboration and support of The Malta Food Agency and BSS for helping transform the olives into high-quality olive oil.
