Rev. Professor Emmanuel Agius from the Department of Moral Theology within the Faculty of Theology, was recently invited by the University of Prince Edward Island, Canada, to deliver a public lecture on 'Human Gene Editing: Ethical and Regulatory Landscape in Europe'. He was also the guest speaker for Theology on Tap, where he discussed 'Insights from Robotics for Theological Reflections: Challenges and Opportunities'.
During his visit, Professor Agius delivered lectures to undergraduate students on 'The Interface between Bioethics and Anthropology', 'End-of-Life Issue: Is there a Right to Die?' and 'Conscience and Discernment in Marriage'.
