, who previously served as KSU’s International Officer, has been elected President of the European Students’ Union, an umbrella organisation of 45 National Unions of Students from 40 countries.
She was elected during the 79th Board Meeting of the ESU, which was held online, and her mandate will last for 6 months, from 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2021.
She will be serving alongside two Vice Presidents, namely Zamzam Ibrahim from the UK and Jakub Grodecki from Poland.
This is not her first role within ESU, as she occupied the post of Human Rights and Solidarity Coordinator for almost two years.
Her new role within the Executive Committee widens her breadth of decision-making experience.
