"Even though are a person with epilepsy, you can choose to have a life of your own, be able to make decisions, know your limitations, but not let it affect you."
This is the overall message conveyed by members of the Caritas Malta Epilepsy Association for 8 February, which is International Epilepsy Day 2021.

On this day, several buildings in Valletta will be lit up in purple.
