Read on, for your own contentment:
Don鈥檛 seek perfection. Strive to think positive. You鈥檒l feel better at the end of the day. Set targets. A timetable helps tick all the items on your to-do list. Don鈥檛 forget to reward yourself! Being content means understanding yourself better. Try to see the glass half full rather than half empty. In life, it鈥檚 normal to experience happiness and pain. Happiness is achieved when you understand the difference between the two. You did it! Sit back and enjoy. Achievements don鈥檛 matter as much as the fact that you鈥檝e done your best to improve yourself.
