Meet Nora, this month’s UM Achiever – who has been a member of the UM community for over 25 years, and has an equally impressive career in sports.
- Discipline, time management, dedication, and determination are among the most useful skills she has learnt from sport, that she adopts at her workplace but also for different life scenarios
- One of her fondest moments in her sports journey was when she won the Scottish Open Championships
- Eleanor has been scuba diving for the past 27 years
- She believes a lot more can be done to improve the quality of training facilities in several sports, but especially in target shooting
- Nora loves being surrounded by people who have a positive outlook on life, who love living life, and who do not take everything so seriously
