This course will be delivered by . The participant will:
- learn the basics of effective operations strategy, operations planning, scheduling and control
- learn how to achieve effective integration of operations across an organisation
- learn how to measure effectiveness
- learn how effectiveness can be improved
- develop a good understanding of management and the managerial skills required to achieve effective management
- learn how to incorporate practices such as team building, stress management, motivational practices, communication, different leadership and management styles to work effectively
- key concepts to be covered include change management and process analysis
- apply different management analysis tools which aid effective management.
