Distribution of Theses/Dissertations to the Library from eSIMS

NB: It is recommended that the Faculty Manager identifies one or two members of staff per academic entity who will be taking care of this task.
SIMS Office in collaboration with the Library, have worked on a new eSIMS task for the F/I/C/S users, which enables them to send the theses/dissertations to the library. This eSIMS task shall replace the current method, that is, the sharing of such files via Google Drive or otherwise email. This task has been developed to minimise the manual work done by F/I/C/S users such as, providing the ETD Code and compiling the list with the data required by the Library.
