Attention all University of Malta Masters and PhD students the European Patent Office will soon be organising its short course “Create – Protect – Innovate: Bringing ideas to marketâ€
The aim of the course is to complement existing IP education with hands-on practitioners’ perspective and inform students on how to use the patent system to support innovation. The course covers topics such as patents, IP Commercialisation and the use of different IP Rights. It will teach you how to protect inventions, bring them to market and will provide valuable insights on the world of innovation.
The course is divided into two Parts: Part I (Entry level) and Part II (Advanced level). Both consist of; five self-paced online learning modules (composed of high-quality videos, podcasts, and interactive educational elements), two tutored forums, a final marked exercise and live online sessions.
