Adhering to deadlines is essential not only to inform the University about your intended submission but also to allow us to support you and to get your application signed in time.

Your documents need to be submitted by you to Xjenza Malta - deadline 5 June 2026, 23:59pm as per instructions below. Send the following documentation to: prima.xjenzamalta@gov.mt, nathan.aquilina.3@gov.mt and funding.rssd@um.edu.mt in cc. 

• A Joint Application Form in MS Word (.docx)
• The same Joint Application form in PDF Format with signature
• A National Administrative Form in MS Word (.docx)
• The same National Administrative Form in PDF Format with signature
• A Collaboration and Intellectural Property Agreement signed by all partners
• Budget Breakdown Form in both MS Excel (.xlsx) and in PDF format
• CVs of the Principal Investigator and other key researchers
• Declaration Of Non State-Aid for University of Malta
• Declaration of Indirect State Aid Declaration (in case of multiple Maltese Partners)
• Max Email with Attachments: 20MB (use cloud storage for larger files)

Turkey based entities must follow their own submission process as outlined by 罢&鲍耻尘濒;叠陌罢础碍 regulations.
