On 28 November 2024 MEDAC held an event “In Conversation with the German Chair” together with the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany. The theme of this Conversation was Feminist Foreign Policy.

This event, which was moderated by Dr Natalia Mirimanova, German Chair for Peace Studies and Conflict Prevention at MEDAC was also addressed by its distinguished panellists H.E. Tanja Beyer, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Malta, Ms Christianne Caruana, Director (Global Issues) at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Malta, Prof. Michael Briguglio , Prof. Maria Pisani and Mr Alex Dimitrijevic from the NGO ‘Men Against Violence’. This event served as an opportunity to discuss and debate the concept, implementation and policy innovations on Feminist Foreign Policy.
